April Favourites

I realise I'm a little early with my monthly favourites but I have so much going on right now with Uni so I thought I would do my April favourites a few days early!
These are all products I have been loving this month, some of them have been used everyday, I have truly loved all of these!

This lip tint has easily become my go to lipstick this month and will be for the fourth coming months, this lip tint is great to just quickly add to the lips and go, this lip tint reacts with your PH giving you your own pink lip colour. (Review to come.)

I cannot express how much I LOVE The Body Shops body mists, my two favourites is this one Mango this bottle is actually a repurchase because I used the whole bottle up in just under two months! My other favourite is the Pink Grapefruit! If you haven't tried their body mists you should definitely try one of these two first!

I only got this blush a week ago so its kind of a cheat but I really have been loving this blush, I have been using this everyday since I got it, it applies so easy and has a great finish especially with a highlight on the top!

This foundation will be in every months favourites, ever since this has come out I love it! I love the finish it has on my skin and it leaves my skin feeling soft and has the perfect dewy looking effect for me! The shade I always go for is Ivory and it really is perfect for me, no other foundation I have tried has beaten this one! Yet... we'll see.

Another repurchase this month is this lip roll on in the shade/flavour Orange, I love this and it comes in so many different flavours you can't not like one! This orange lip roll on is 100% natural and leaves my lips really soft after applying it, it even tastes good!

H&M Sparkle Cuff Bracelet £5.99 (couldn't find online)
This isn't a beauty favourite but this is something I have been wearing nearly every day this month especially with my leather biker jacket, this has been an essential accessory this month and for the price I am very happy as none of the gems have fallen off and the colours are gorgeous and really adds a pop of colour with any outfit!

Loreal Nude Magique CC Cream Anti-Redness

So whilst wandering around Boots the other day I stopped by the Loreal counter, I had seen this product before on other blogs and decided to try it out, their is three choices in this range this is the Loreal Nude Magique Green CC Cream that is specifically for anti-redness.
The CC Cream works with your natural tone to help neutralise the appearance of redness. Smart Pigment Capsules in a feather-light green hydrator transform into foundation on contact with the skin. Weightless bare sensation. A perfect nude look with buildable, lightweight coverage.

Also from Boots I decided to buy these Blending sponges from Models Own, I had been eyeing these up for a while now and because they were on the offer 3for2 I decided to pick them up!
Using these sponges is easy, if you are applying liquid foundation you just need to dampen the sponge a little and then you can use the wider end to apply the foundation to the larger areas on your face and the pointed end for the harder to reach areas such as your eyes, nose and mouth.

As you can see the Loreal Nude Magique Green CC Cream comes out as a green colour but one it is applied to the face it turns into a natural foundation colour, I used one of my blending sponges to apply the CC Cream, using the sponge was easy and its SO soft! I loved using it and its definitely something different to try if you haven't already!
When I had applied the CC Cream I was very pleased with how it had turned out, I had already made up my own mind about this product before I even tried it, I didn't think it would cover my redness on my face as I suffer with quite bad red patches on my face from time to time so was very sceptic!
As you can see below using the Loreal Nude Magique Green CC Cream meant that their was no visible redness at all and it is definitely a light weight coverage it didn't feel like I was wearing anything on my face but gave me a dewy look, a definite plus for me!
Well done Loreal!

As you can see there is a difference, I have really bad red patches on my cheeks in the left picture.

Have you tried any of these CC Creams yet?
What do you think?

Topshop Makeup Haul

So I went to Topshop on Saturday and bought a few makeup pieces from their collection, I already have a few bits but I have wanted some of their cream blushers for a while now and the other two purchases were just from seeing them on the stand and catching my eye haha!

As you can see I bought two blushers, one glow pot and one lip tint, I am really pleased with what I bought and I cannot wait to try them out and properly review them all for you!

This is a gorgeous peachy orange shade and will look lovely this spring/summer I really love the texture of these cream blushes they are really pigmented and I can tell I will get lots of use out of this.

I wasn't too sure about this at first, mainly because of the price but I just took the plunge and since swatching it and wearing it on top of a bronzer today I have fallen completely in love.

This is a really lovely soft pink, I love how these blushes go from a creamy texture into a powder, I cannot wait to use this properly with the Glow Pot.

This is what I am most excited about, anything that is pink and glittery is a winner in my book! As soon as I wear this I will put a review on, this lip tint contains PH-reactive pigments, the colour of the lip tint will self-adjust to create your own personalised shade of pink, designed to compliment you.

What would you recommend from Topshops makeup range?

April Haul

So over the last couple of weeks in April I have been shopping a few times and have created a mini haul for you! Most of it is beauty related with two things for my room.

For my room I got two candles from Primark, one is a pillar candle £2.00 and the other is a tin candle £2.00 both in the scent Coconut Milk & Mango.

The rest is all beauty related-

I have a review coming up about the Loreal Nude Magique CC Cream and a mini review and colour show of the SinfulColors nail polishes.

ELF Haul and Mini Review

So the other day I was looking on the ELF website and because I had quite a few things in my basket I went ahead and purchased the lot, I bought a few things for myself and two things for my up and coming Giveaway!

For myself I bought-

For my upcoming Giveaway-

I decided to do a mini review of this Tone correcting powder in Cool from ELF because I received this order a week ago now I have been using this nearly everyday.

A bit about this Correcting Powder-
Create a balanced and radiant complexion that is beautiful and healthy. The lightweight formula evens out the skin tone and absorbs excess oil. The sheer formula brightens, mattes and neutralises the skin.

When I use this I blend it all over my face to give me an even skin tone and to reduce any redness, especially if I am just wearing a tinted moisturiser or no foundation at all!

Good Things-
I found this to really work and when I just want to add some blusher to my cheeks and leave my face bare this has really helped to make my skin look better! I love the colours too, it makes it look really pretty and it was only £3.75.

Bad Things-
There isn't much bad to say about this product the only down side to it for me is that when I was swatching this there wasn't any colour to it really, this made me doubt the product but I'm happy I tried it now!
